A senior manager at a major manufacturing company got hooked on TrustWorks™ because one day he was mountain climbing, and speaking with another senior manager. It turned out that they had each assigned teams of about 6 people to research a new line of business, and each team had spent about 9 months on the project… and both managers had been working on the same idea without knowing it!
