Anonymity options keep each individual’s data private, and records of direct communications cannot be browsed.  TrustWorks does not allow searching of prior conversations; it only facilitates new dialogs.  Any user can decline to answer any question at any time, protecting personal privacy.  Company skillsets cannot be browsed directly, and users are notified before about the status of privacy before entering any information.

No information on the site is ever released, for marketing or any other purposes, in any way.  Your conversations are secret, and your skill set is not revealed unless you want it to be.

Enterprise-Level:

Our servers are hosted by Rackspace, the world’s leading provider of 99.99% uptime security and reliability.  Incremental backups are performed daily, full backups are performed weekly, and off-site backups are maintained in multiple locations.

Anti-intrusion measures are reviewed monthly, in addition to frequent auto-updates.  Our operating system is on open-source Linux installation, known for its safety.
