• Installation and setup take less than an hour.
• Engagement is managed by the TrustWorks site, via email and web.  Most groups, regardless of size, have at least 2/3 of their members registered within the first month.
• Pilot installations allow a trial period to guarantee participation and satisfaction before payment.
• Maintenance is included in the subscription cost, and upgrades are deployed automatically to our servers.

Branding

1. TrustWorks artists will apply your logo to the site, subject to approval by your art department (at no extra charge).
2. Your company gets its own domain name “companyname.trustworks.com” for exclusive use by your employees.
3. Throughout the site, your private group members are listed with an icon next to their names, providing secure assurance of who is on the team.

Customizing Your Setup

1. Your company will most likely want lists of its:
   1. Products and Brands
   2. Core Competencies and Job Functions
   3. Key Suppliers and Customers
2. TrustWorks staff can transfer your fully-custom list of skills and experiences to the database as part of the initial installation, and you can edit it at any time.
3. Divisions or departments can be organized as sub-groups, and you can change the configuration and employee roster using our easy web-admin tools.

On-Boarding

1. The TrustWorks software manages the entire process of getting your people signed on — using your custom message or a standard TrustWorks template.
2. Participation statistics are available to all group members
   1. Who is the most responsive?
   2. Which sub-groups in your company are more engaged?
3. “Community Jumpstart” tool makes it easy for more-enthusiastic “go-getter” employees to give the gentle nudge of peer motivation to others.

Training and Maintenance

1. Very IT-Friendly! As soon as we activate your site, you can configure it through the web.  If we host it on our secure servers, you have no installation necessary!
2. The easy interface generally requires no training for your employees, and assistance is always available online from TrustWorks at no additional charge.
3. Admin training is a two-hour online session, and requires no IT background.
4. Admin support is free for 30 days, and then available on a per-incident basis.
5. Upgrades are free of charge; generally major upgrades are released every 6 months, and minor upgrades every 2 months.
