- Engagement is managed by the TrustWorks site, via email and web. Most groups, regardless of size, have at least 2/3 of their members registered within the first month.

- Maintenance is included in the subscription cost, and upgrades are deployed automatically to our servers.

Branding
- TrustWorks artists will apply your logo to the site, subject to approval by your art department (at no extra charge).
- Your company gets its own domain name “companyname.trustworks.com” for exclusive use by your employees.
- Throughout the site, your private group members are listed with an icon next to their names, providing secure assurance of who is on the team.

Customizing Your Setup

- TrustWorks staff can transfer your fully-custom list of skills and experiences to the database as part of the initial installation, and you can edit it at any time.

- The TrustWorks software manages the entire process of getting your people signed on — using your custom message or a standard TrustWorks template.

Training and Maintenance
- Very IT-Friendly! As soon as we activate your site, you can configure it through the web. If we host it on our secure servers, you have no installation necessary!
- The easy interface generally requires no training for your employees, and assistance is always available online from TrustWorks at no additional charge.
- Admin training is a two-hour online session, and requires no IT background.
- Admin support is free for 30 days, and then available on a per-incident basis.
- Upgrades are free of charge; generally major upgrades are released every 6 months, and minor upgrades every 2 months.
- Customer feedback is central to our design process, so buying into the TrustWorks family is like getting custom software at a packaged-product price.
